A luxurious 2000sq.ft. air conditioned apartment. The apartment is well furnished throughout with a fully fitted kitchen. The open plan Lounge has ample seating and is decorated and furnished with neutral colours and tones. En-suite Bathrooms, guest cloakroom and a balcony, compliment the apartments modern styling. The apartment is close to the beaches with plenty of beach chairs, loungers and sun shades for your use.
There's access from the outdoor pools and terraces straight to the clean sandy beach. .
A range of restaurants, bars and coffee-outlets are fully open and a small mini-market is available for your everyday needs and drinks. You'll also find a brand new beach club.

Beaches / Coast

The beach is approx 4 minute walk across the road which has safe crossings where traffic is controlled by lights.
There are pools, a beach club and plenty of spacoius patio areas where you can relax in new furniture. Chairs, table, loungers and sun shades are provided here and for the beach. Quality changing rooms and showering facilities are provided for residents and guests use. Building work is not affecting the the beach club and pool areas that are mostly quiet during the week.

Disabled Access

Most apartments are suitable for disabled-wheelchair users, entry with wide doors and good level access even to the beach and car-parks.

Situated between the Burj Al Arab and the Royal MIrage hotels, Shoreline Apartments - Palm Island are situated in a prominent position close to beach and sea. A short drive or Taxi ride will take you to the Dubai Marina and a huge choice of hotels and shopping Malls.

Directions to Holiday Apartment

All major airlines fly to Dubai, including Emirates, Virgin and British Airways. The transfer time is approx 40 minutes by car or Taxi to the apartment.
Etihad Airways fly into Abu Dhabi which is approx 1 hour from Palm Island.
