Description of Holiday Apartment

Overlooking the RSPB reserve salt water estuary the apartment has three bedrooms (one en-suite), parking for 2 cars, a small terrace, well equiped kitchen and family bathroom and is perfect for family holidays. The glorious sandy beach of Porthkidney can be reached by foot from the apartment, taking about 15 minutes by walking down a pretty village lane to the ancient church of St Uny, over the golf course and sand dunes to the mouth of the estuary and the spectacular view of St Ives Bay beyond. There is no access by car to Porthkidney beach making it a haven of peace, unspoilt by crowds.

The historical and popular town of St Ives (a 10 minute drive away or easily reached by bus or train) offers four fabulous town beaches as well as countless cafes and restaurants. The Apartment is just 10 minutes drive from the A30 making it ideally suited for exploring the many delights Cornwall has to offer including the Eden Project, the Tate Gallery and National Maritime Museum.

Golf Facilities

Special Interest

The Riverside Apartment overlooks the most westerly of the RSPB reserves. The Hayle Estuary provides a habitat for a variety of wadiing and other birds.
