Description of Holiday House

Private home with swimming pool and pool house. Completely remodeled in the fall of 2008. Located 100 yards from miles of sandy beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. Perfect for a couple, family or family reunion.

The main living accommodation is the upper floor of a 2 story home with ocean and territorial views including Haleakala. The house has 3 bedrooms. The master has a king bed. The second has a queen bed and the third has twin beds. The main living area contains a kitchen, dining room and living room. Decks face the ocean and Haleakala.

A separate pool house overlooks the private swimming pool. It is not large and contains a studio kitchen and bath. A L-shaped area contains a double bed, bunks and a queen hide-a-bed. It is perfect for a couple, couple with small children or up to 6 youngsters.

The house is fully equipped and a resident manager is on site.

RATES: House and pool house for 4 people $375 per day. Additional people including children $35 per day. Cleaning fee $200. Hawaii tax 11.42% Refundable damage deposit $500. Christmas holiday 2 week minimum. $500 per day.

There are many golf courses in Maui. The nearest is only half a mile away.

Scuba Facilities

Scuba diving can be found in many local areas as well as the ocean within 100 yards of the house. There is a dive shop several blocks from the house.

The nearest beach is 100 yards. It is sandy and nice. Local beaches are everywhere.

You can walk to anything you need from the house. Shopping, groceries, restaurants and bars. Wailea is about 4 miles and Lahaina is not far.
