New house, on top of a hill with excellent sea-views and views across to the Island of Tagomago from the terrace and pool. The Plot size is approx. 20.000 m2. The swimming Pool is a lovely size at 10 x 5 meters . Entering the house we find a living room with exit towards the garden area. Sat-TV. The kitchen also has access to the exterior. There are 3 bedrooms: one double and 2 twins. There are 2 bathrooms, one with big bath-tub and one with shower. Three air-conditioning units, one on the main bedroom, one for the 2 bedrooms and one for the living room. [Hide Description]

Booking Procedure
Please sen an Enquiry with your Arrival and Departure dates and You will immediately receive your booking confirmation via e-mail or fax. Thank you for booking with Ecoibiza! To book this property we kindly ask you to send a deposit of 40% of the total amount by wire transfer or you can send us your credit card details (we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX) to our fax number. You can make a deposit by bank, please put your booking number as reference and send us a copy of the bank transfer. The final payment of 60% is due 21days in advance before your arrival to Ibiza. If you wish to pay cash upon arrival, please let us know ahead of time. You will also have to send us a confirmation with your complete address, name and passport number, the final number of guests and their names, as well as flight number, company and time, to be able to attend you at the airport, and your home and cellular telephone numbers. The prices are per week, and include towels and bed sheets, also a small food hamper for clients arriving out of our time schedule. The villas/houses/apartments will be ready for their occupation after 15:00 hours the day of arrival unless specifically expressed. The villas/houses/apartments should not be left any later than 10:00 hours on the day of departure. Important: We request you to indicate at the earliest possible, by e-mail or fax, your time of arrival, flight number or carrier as well as the origin of such. Also a cellular phone number of contact. In case of any delay, we request you to inform us immediately to be able to attend you upon your arrival. Any lack of information cannot guarantee the due attention at your arrival to Ibiza. Have a lovely holiday in Ibiza.
