We have ground floor apartments and 1st floor - whatever you feel fits in with your needs, especially when you have elderley or yound children in the party. Please note these apartments are not suitable for fully dependant wheelchair users... we have villas that could help here.

We are here to help assist with your holiday plans and therefore please ask if you require baby furniture, foodpacks, celebratory cakes or flowers etc - We can arrange and then you can settle in resort.

Bedroom Facilities: Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, central air conditioning / heating, windows or doors to the exterior and all the bed linen and fittings to accommodate a guest comfortably.

Bathroom Facilities: The main bathroom has a bath over shower, a 3.5 kilo washing machine, good lighting and fine fittings. Each guest has a bath towel and one hand towel.

Reception Rooms: This south facing room has a integrated kiitchen. The room enjoys central air conditioning / heating, it has a SAT TV with a 32" plasma TV, good furnishings and a fresh and hip decor.

Kitchen: The Integrated all electric kitchen has white wood units and cutlery and crockery for all guests.

Entertainment Facilities: We offer basic facilities to help you keep to date with the news and sport! and to watch a DVD in the evening. You just have to provide the film and the vino!!

Pool: Within the area there are three communal pools with sun beds, sun umbrellas, lifeguards and bars and restaurants.

Son Bou has got a good summer only public bus service (for the island) which pops into Mahon the Capital regularly throughout the day, but its not great for seeing other island spots.
If you dont want to drive - excursions can be easily obtained in resort.
A taxi fare from the airport to the reort is just under 30 euros for 4 people.(depending on the time and number of cases)

Son Bou is a twenty minute drive from the airport and ferry terminal of Mahon and a forty five minute journey from the port of Ciudadela. The nearest town to Son Bou is Alaior, a university town with a dairy and building background and throughout the summer regular markets and festivals are held.

Menorca has more beaches then Mallorca, Ibiza and Formentera put together.... over 120 beaches to choose from, ranging from long white beauties like Son Bou to granular deep sea beaches as in the northern beaches. Some beaches have all facilities, such as showers, red cross points, bars, parking, sun beds and brollies and the remaining have none.
