Bedroom Facilities: All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning / heating units, windows or sliding doors to the exterior, overlooking the grounds and pleasant fittings and furnishings to promote an easy and comfortable stay.

Bathroom Facilities: The shower room is attached to the master twin bedroom and the other two bedrooms share the larger bathroom with a shower over bath. Both bathrooms have good lighting, mirors and a bath mat.

Reception Rooms: The south facing lounge- dining room overlooks the private pool. This cosy lounge has a sofa and two armchairs, a coffee table, SAT TV with DVD, soft lighting and dining furniture for all guests.

Kitchen: The villa has an independant fully fitted pine wood kitchen with sliding doors on to the lounge and a window overlooking the gardens and grounds. There is enough cutlery and crockery to accommodate all guests dining requirements.

Entertainment Facilities: To keep abreast of the days news and sporting activities we have provided SAT TV, there is a also a childrens channel for the little ones and a DVD player- so bring your favorite film and watch it from the poolside !!

Outdoor: The gardens normally smell of fresh herbs and lavender and to save water we only use plants that are native to the island. The villa has a 9 x 4 kidney shaped pool with integrated jacuzzi- depth markings are in place.

Pool: The 9 x 4 kidney shaped pool has an integrated jacuzzi. Roman steps to the shallow end and ramps can be found down to the poolside from the terrace area. The pool has depth markings in place. There are sun beds and brollies around the pool to accommodate 6 guests.

We have a resort office cum reception which will be open for your arrival check in. We also offer cleaning and maintenance support and 24h emergency assistance.
Most "Menorca travellers" hire a car, especially if they want to discover the island- its quicker and easier because the actual public bus service is lacking in timetables and routes. Please ask if you require car hire assistance.
However, after saying this we would like to state that the summer bus service between Son Bou and Mahon, the Capital is regular and efficient.... therefore ideal if you want a "chill out break" with the odd trip to the Capital.
If you dont wish to drive but want to see the island - we can arrange trips and tours for you.
Taxis run with meters, carry 4 people and ranks are visible in all towns or one can easily be called for. The taxi fare from the airport to the resort is about 27 euros.
If you are more than 4 people let us assist you with an efficient and economic "airport" transfer.

Regular schedule flights, summer charter flights, ferries from Barcelona, Valencia and Mallorca permit an easy access to our Mediterranean paradise, infact we are only 2 hours flight from most European airports.

The villa is thoroughly cleaned for your arrival, your beds are prepared with fresh bed linen and each guest has a bath towel and hand towel, each bathroom has a bath mat and two T- towels are left in the kitchen .
Mid week, all the towels are replaced and the cleaners carry out a quick clean of the floors, bathrooms and kitchen area.

Menorca has more beaches than Mallorca, Ibiza and Formentera put together.... over 120 beaches to choose from, ranging from long white beaches like Son Bou to granular deep sea beaches found along the north coast. Some beaches have facilities, such as showers, red cross points, bars, parking, sun beds and brollies and the remaining have none.

Within a 30 minute car journey we have the only 36 hole golf course on the island. There is a practice range, chipping and putting green and regular competitions are held throughout the year. The club house is open all year except for Christmas day and New Years day.
