This finca has a good distribution of rooms and older guests or guests with limited mobility can be accommodated relatively comfortaby on the ground floor neither are there steps around the pool.
For independant travellers and families this house offers a grand rural experience.

The finca has radiators in all the rooms, thus allowing a warm welcome on those cooler days and nights, but air conditioning has not been installed because its high and open location eases the flow of the summer breezes.

Bedroom Facilities: There are four bedrooms in total; On the ground floor there is a master bedroom ensuite with a double bed and a twin bedroom with two single beds.
On the first floor there is a grand master bedroom with a double bed, a private lounge area with seating and a bedroom with a trundle bed, that is a bed that has a pull out bed beneath.
All the bedrooms have oil filled working radiators if required.

Bathroom Facilities: There are three elegant bathrooms, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

Reception Rooms: The fascinating upper tower is a reading or music area, and on three sides you have views; to the west “Monte Toro”, the islands highest point; to the north, the typical whitewashed buildings of Alaior town and to the south east you have the sea and country views.
The cosy ground floor lounge area has a wood burning stove and comfortable furnishings to watch the Satellite TV or a DVD. Leading from this room you have a lovely traditional farmhouse kitchen and dining area.

Kitchen: The kitchen has an electric hob and electric oven, a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the utensils and crockery necessary to please. For those farmhouse meals, you can decide to eat around the kitchen table or outside under the grand front porch.
The washing machine is located outside.

Entertainment Facilities: The farmhouse lounge offers SAT TV and DVD facilities- just the right elements to keep abreast with the news, sport and watch a particularly favorite DVD.

Outdoor: The finca is snuggled in a cluster of beautifully kept country houses, so neighbours there are but privacy is still a premium. Its own private tarmac driveway and car park area.
The lovingly cared for grounds synchronize perfectly with the natural surrounding landscape, there is a furnished 9 x 5 meter pool area, a pergola area and grounds with a BBQ, ideal for those private celebrations.

All these activities are close at hand, distances on the island being very small. We can arrange mountain bikes to be delivered to the farmhouse, chefs to cater for your palate and arrange any of your sporting or pastimes to fit in with your holiday.... please ask.

Menorca has a grand catalogue of interesting sights, from stoneage villages to 18th C. Military buildings, especially British built ones. The islands history is so colourful and varied with landmarks from every conquering power that she is considered the best open air museum in Europe

The neighbouring resort of Son Bou, is perhaps Menorca’s best tourist resort, where millionaire villas rub shoulders with pretty garden apartments. The resort itself is a thriving summer area, with bars, restaurants, indoor bowling alley, discoteque, souvenir shops, supermarkets, private medical centre and pharmacy.

The finca will be thoroughly cleaned for your arrival and all the beds will be made, each guest will have a bath towel and hand towel each and two T towels will be left in the kitchen.
Mid week our cleaning staff will clean the floors, bathrooms and the kitchen area (without disturbing your space) and they will leav fresh towels.
Extra cleaning can be arranged if required at a local cost - please let us know.

The neighbouring resort of Son Bou, is perhaps Menorca’s best tourist resort, where millionaire villas rub shoulders with pretty garden apartments. The resort itself is a thriving summer area, with bars, restaurants, souvenir shops, supermarkets, private medical centre and pharmacy. Also, within a 3km distance from the finca you have the university town of Alaior, which is also home to some well known dairy industries, shoe factories and has a good “local” ambiance.

The airport and ferry terminal of Mahon is 17km away, about a twenty minute drive away.
The ferry of Ciutadela is about a 40 minute drive away.

Menorca has more beaches that Mallorca, Ibiza and Formentera put together, beaches ranging from long white fine ones like Son Bou to more granular ones as experienced in the north. Some beaches have facilities, such as showers, red cross points, bars, parking, sun beds and brollies and the remaining have none.

Within a 25 minute car drive we have the only 36 hole golf course on the island. There is a practice range, chipping and putting green and competitions are held regularly throughout the year. The club house is open all year with the exeption of Christmas day and New Years day.

There are also well known schools and clubs in Fornells and SÁlgar.

Menorca is famous for her horses and eloquence of her riders, this can most be seen in one of the many patron saint "fiestas" or in one of the "horse shows" available in Ferreries.
