Booking Procedure
The apartment is available all year round. 10% non-refundable deposit on booking. Balance due six weeks prior to arrival. Occupancy periods begin at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 noon. on the day of departure. Short and extended stays available on request. Underoccupancy ( less than 4 ) price available on request. July & August = £350pw. £630 for 2 Wks. June & September = £300pw. £540 for 2 Wks. All other months = £250pw. £450 for 2 Wks.
