On the first floor is the fully fitted kitchen with door to ground floor balcony, the kitchen includes an oven, fridge and washing machine. The dining area has seating for 6 with people with additional corner sofa.
There is WC/Shower room plus the lounge with Satellite TV/DVD/ and seating for 7/8 people.

The second floor consists 4 bedrooms and Shower room with WC, The master bedroom has a king size bed. There are 2 big balconies overlooking the garden with lovely views to the surrounding hills... The other two bedrooms are generous sized double rooms with twin beds. The last one is the children’s bedroom with bunk bed.

The garden is laid with trees, there are sun loungers, garden set and umbrella available. There is ample parking for 3 cars. The villa is supplied with bed linen and towels. This summer home is quiet and peaceful place close to local amenities including village shops and restaurants and small bars.

The villa is suitable for family and friends vacations, children are welcome, longer term renters are also welcome.

Obrochishte village is located just 3 km from the world famous beach resort Albena and at distance of only 10 km southwest from the town of Balchik 10Km from Golden sands. 30 km from the village is Varna Inernational airport. Obrochishte is a significant part of the holiday property area Balchik-Albena-Obrochishte-Rogachevo-Kranevo. Situated on te main road Varna-Albena at the skirts of 2 high hills east of Batova river. Available here is a daily bus line (5 times a day) from Dobrich to Varna, with a bus stop at the centre of Obrochishte. Also, available are private shuttle buses every half hour. The population of the village is 2000 people, most of the young people, who are mostly employed in the nearby resorts and tourist establishment. Many Bulgarian and foreign (mostly British) people own holiday homes here, some of them living permanently.
