The apartment is 950 feet above sea level so nothing is blocking your fantastic sea views.There is a nice 18 hole golf course & driving range only 5 mins away by car. The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. The apartment is located in Playa Del Cura, overlooking the resort and beach. The sun shines all day on the balcony. The views from the apartment are breathtaking. Take note that to have a view like this the apartment is on a hill. When youre going into town or the nearby beaches walk down to the bus stop at the bottom of the hill and take the bus - its very cheap. It costs about €1.20 to Puerto Rico. Get a taxi back to avoid walking up the hill as it is steep. All lifts in the apartment have been replaced with new ones [Hide Description]

Deposit of 30% to secure booking. This is non-refundable unless apartment subsequently let. Balance plus security deposit of £170 payable 8 weeks before arrival date. The security deposit will be refunded 10 days after holiday ends when confirmation received from our agent and key returned. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Check-in time 3pm. Departure time 10am. Last minute discount!! 10% discount if booking start date is less than 3 days away.

Very clean, modern apartment, perfect for the 2 of us. The view from the very large balcony was amazing and made the holiday for us. The apt complex had a nice pool area on the top of the mountain and the on-site shop stocked pretty much everything you would need (and saved the walk to the spa and back up the steep hill). We had a very relaxing 2 week stay made perfect by the constant sunshine. Julie from Smallford

A modern,bright,apartment with great views of the town and sea. Easy access to Puerto Rico by bus and taxi. Warm and welcoming apartment with a very homely and feel-good factor. We will definitely use this rental apartment again. From Stan, Partington, UK
