These luxury one bedroom ground and 1st floor apartments are decorated to a high standard fitted with heaters, flat screen TV with English channels (BBC1 and 2, ITV, C4, RTE 1 and 2, Eurosport and SKY news). The apartments offer an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with 2 ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, microwave and crockery etc., for 4 persons, and a large bathroom with washing machine and walk-in shower. The bedroom has twin beds, built in wardrobes, ceiling fan and heater.. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests. There is a pool bar open daily 11am - 6pm offering food and drink, pay as you go Internet access and pool tables. A 5 minute walk to the Los Pocillos beach, local bars and restaurants. A 10 minute drive from the airport, car hire is not essential. We are able to offer a 2 bedroom apartment for larger families. Booking Procedure
A 20% non refundable deposit is payable on the day of booking, and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. There is no restriction as to which day you arrive, you are able to check-in after 14:00 on your arrival day and check out is 10:00 on the day of your departure, unless agreed in advance. Key collection details are provided upon receipt of balance payment.

Playa Park Apartments are located in the Los Pocillos area of Puerto del Carmen, a 5 minute walk to the beach, small supermarket, local bars and restaurants. The local well stocked Spar is a 15 minute walk. 5 minute drive to the new Golf Course and Restaurant in Tias. |

The complex is a 10 minute car/taxi ride from Arrecife airport at a cost of approximately 15€. |

Sunbeds and parasols are provided for a fee of 8€ approx at the Los Pocillos beach which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. |
