The house is located in a luxury gated comunity. Brand new guesthouse with 1 Bedroom with queen size bed, 1 Bath, full kitchen, living/dinning room, there is a sleeper sofa in the livingroom. There is cable TV, phone, Wi-fi. The porperty is sorrounded by fruit trees, fish ponds, pathways, small succer field, beutifull pool, terrace with BBQ and full kitchen, table for 8 and a full bathroom for the terrace. The house has spectacular views of the mountains, it has very lush tropical gardens and it is designed for relaxation and to enjoy the beutifull Costarican weather. The terrace has an extra guest bedroom with queen size bed and a sleeper sofa and with its private bathroom. The property is located in the Central Valley, so all mayor Volcanoes and mayor city attractions are within an 1 to 2 hours drive. There are many restaurants about a 20 minute drive and small local restaurants about 5 minutes away. The Center of town (La Guacima) is about 10 minutes away. The property can accomodate 8 people or it can be rented just for 2-4 people. [Hide Description]

Booking Procedure
A deposit of 50% of the total price is required to place a reservation. The deposit must be made via wire transfer. The other 50% will be due upon arrival. There is a $25 USD cleanning fee that must be paid upon arrival. We will be waiting for you at the property to deliver the keys and any other instruction required. Airport pick up can be arrange at a fee of $30. No damage deposit required.

Lots of outdoor space, pool, succer field, treehouse, and lots of space to explore and run arround. It is also a great location to relax and disconnect from all the city rush. Very relaxing place to seat arround the pool with a good book and take in the warm sun. Watch beutifull sunsets in the summer swinwing in the hamack. Sit by the pond and watch the fishes swimm by. The property measures 5,500 square meters and it has great gardens and growing fruit trees. |

The Poas Volcano is about 1:20 minutes away. The Irazu Volcanoe is about 2 hours away and the Arenal Volcano is about 3 hours away. This is an excelent location to take day trips. Easy access to the new Highway 27 that takes you to Jaco, Orotina, Manuel Antonio. |

The property is located in a rural area but only 10 minutes from the center of town and only 30 minutes form Escazu, one of the major cities in San Jose. In Escazu you can find restaurants, malls, stores, Cima Hospital, banks, etc. You are just arround the corner from Los Reyes, a beutifull country club that offers golf, tennis and polo. La Guacima is know for its warm weather, gorgeous views of the mountains, and for keeping the true costarican culture alive. |
| How to get there |
La Guacima is just 30 minutes away from the Juan Santamaria International Airport. A rental car is highly recommended. There is also public bus transportation from downtown Alajuela to La Guacima and from there, there is public bus to Las Vueltas. |
