Villa has 4 apartments , 2 big for 4-6 people and 2 small for 2-3 people. It has big garden,. grill, lodge, fountain, private parking free. silent zone, center of Pjescana Uvala. pula 1km, beach 40m , shop 30 m from villa. sport activities on the beach. Brioni islands 5 km. 3 small islands 5 min with boat from pješčana uvala with beautifull beaches. The villa has four suites/apartments, two large and two studio apartments. The Villa is really romantic, located in the center of Pjescana Uvala (Sandy Bay) near Pula, just 40 meters from the beach in a quiet zone. The apartments are located in one of the most beautiful tourist resorts in Istria. We have a large garden of 700 m2 with barbecue, loggia and terraces, with tropical plants. Each apartment has kitchen and bathroom, terrace with panoramic views of Pula and Adriatic sea. Parking is provided and free for guests. [Hide Description]

When you enter Pula you cross Medulinska street, than Premanturska street, first after on the left is street to Pjescana Uvala. You go to the sea in center. There is our villa third on the right side of small street(sanbucejska 10) |
