The location has been carefully chosen for its confined attributes privacy, access, services, amenities and aesthetics. Conveniently situated on the outskirts of Oroklini village with some views to the countryside and the sea (2 km) in the background.

The village itself which is within walking distance offers a range of shops, a supermarket, banks, chemist, medical centre, laundry & dry cleaners, bakery, gym and bowling. Some parts of the village have been restored to the original traditional style and boast some fine rustic restaurants and bars.

Oroklini public beach with diving, sailing, paragliding, etc some fine hotels is only five minutes away (2 km) and the center of Larnaca fifteen.A riding school offering show jumping, cross country, dressage and trekking is 15 mins away. The International Airport is 20, Ayia Napa and Nicosia can be reached within 25 mins, Limassol 45 and the Troodos Mountains in an hour.

To reach the villas from Larnaca Airport:
On exiting the airport, Join the motorway (A3) initially signposted for Nicosia (Lefkosia), Limassol (Lemesos). Stay on the A3 motorway following signs for Ayia Napa. Leave the A3 at junction 58 signed for Oroklini. (Voroklini). Follow the road straight for 1.5 km until you reach the chemist and the Bank of Cyprus on your left. After about 70m turn right – immediately the road splits into two - BEAR RIGHT (Take care here as some people make the mistake to follow the other road into the old village.) In 320 meters you will go past the Cemetery on your Left another 200 mts a block of flats “The Mediterranean Sunrise” on your right. Immediately after the flats (keep the flats on your right) into Regina’s Exclusive Villas. This is a development of 10 independent villas in their own street. Your villa is part of this development, once you reach the welcome sign, turn right into the resort and call at reception.

Beach
When you have enough of lazing about in your own private pool and you fancy a dip in the sea, “Oroklini Public Beach” is only a few minutes away by car (2.5 km). It is run by the local municipality and amenities like showers, changing rooms, coffee bar etc. are available. Umbrellas and sunbeds can be obtained for as little as 3 euros per person for the whole day. Every possible water sport is available there at reasonable prices.

There are various, scuba diving and water sport centres in the area with highly qualified instructors.

Dhekelia Sadle club is only 10 minutes away. Lessons, livery and clinics are available for show jumping, cross country, dressage and trekking.
