The use of air conditioning/heating units is optional and are charged 'extra' with the additional cost of 2.50 Cyprus Pounds per day per unit - which is payable locally in cash. You may select on request any number of units prior to, or on your arrival at the villa.

Reception Rooms: The very large and airy living room leads directly out to the shaded terrace and has lovely sea views. It is comfortably furnished in a modern Mediterranean style. You will find a music system, TV and DVD player and a selection of books and games

Kitchen: The villa has a large, newly fitted luxury kitchen which is well equipped with a hob/stove,oven,fridgedishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave, iron/ironing board,tv,telephone,central heating,air conditioning,room fans,high chair.

Entertainment Facilities: The very large and airy living room is comfortably furnished and you will find a music system, TV and DVD player and a selection of books and games for your enjoyment.

Outdoor: We have provided sun loungers, a patio furniture set, and a large sun umbrella. The garden can be lit at night with lights around the pool area. The large shaded terrace is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the sea views. There is a driveway with parking for several cars

Pool: Villa Lemonies is set in a large garden, with private swimming pool (including swimming pool hoist-lift for disabled guests).The private pool is for sole use of our guests.

Changeover day: Bookings are usually taken Wednesday-Wednesday, but I will try to be as flexible as possible to fit in with your ideal travel plans when known.

Coral Bay resort has an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Near to Coral Bay you will find the Cypriot village of Peyia which also offers traditional taverna style restuarants, a few shops and some local bars. Also worth a visit is the unspoilt fishing village of Agios Georgios where fishermen bring in the dail catch.

Cleaning, towels and linen/maid Services include: All bed linen, duvets and pillows provided, weekly cleaning and laundry change, beach and bath towels, pool and garden maintenance. Free welcome pack including wine and fruit. Villa representative available on site.

Travel:From Paphos Airport, it takes approximately 30 minutes to drive the villa. Car hire is recommended, if you want to go further afield, but not essential, as it is only a 10 min walk (partly uphill) to the main resort of Coral Bay. Shops, bars and restaurants situated along a flat road, can all be found within a 5 minute walk.

Travel:From Paphos Airport, it takes approximately 30 minutes to drive the villa, Taxis are available or Private transfers can be arranged in advance if required.
Distances: Coral Bay resort 10 mins walk. Peyia 5 mins drive. Paphos town takes around 15-20 minutes to drive.

Paphos is blessed with glorious sunshine for much of the year along with some stunning beaches. Coral Bay has a wide sandy beach with a shallow gradient into the water where the sea is generally calm. You'll find plenty of beach activities and a number of water sports to keep you busy. Paphos and in particular, Coral Bay has a grteat choice of beaches to visit, all with good facilities too. Its a great beach area for couples and families, easily reached in around 4-5 minutes walking down steps at the back of the villa. Unfortunately there is a beach ramp that is quite steep which some holidaymakers may find unmanageable so maybe using the car would be better for some.

The Tsada Golf club is one of the 2 non-member 18-hole championship golf courses in Cyprus. The other is also in the Paphos area, called the Secret Valley Golf Club, located in a spectacular valley setting.

Our Representative in Cyprus will assist you with arranging scuba diving and / or lessons for beginners.
