Booking Procedure
WEEKLY BREAKS Normally start on a SATURDAY. 1-2 guests £675 3-4 guests £750 5-6 guests £850 all prices include all taxes and VAT. An additional £100 security deposit will be required. SHORT BREAKS Normally start on a FRIDAY through to Monday (3 NIGHTS) or MONDAY through to Friday (4 NIGHTS). short breaks are priced at 70% of the weekly rate.If you would like to arrive and depart on other days please contact us to see if this is possible.Extra nights for short breaks are priced at one seventh of the weekly rate per extra night. Arrivals are usually from 4pm and departure before10am, however it maybe that you are able to arrive before 4pm and leave after 10am. RETURNING GUESTS: If you are coming back again to us ,please ask about our special "Returners package"
