The apartment is not suitable for children under 8 years of age and pets are not permitted.
The property is most suitable for those with mobility problems as it has lift access and the entrance is all on the one level. Wheelchairs however must be left in the hall or in the garage.
The property does not have air conditioning as this is not usually necessary so we do supply a portable fan if required.

A set of towels for each guest, including beach towels is provided. All linen is provided. Beds and towels are changed weekly and the property is cleaned at the end of each rental period.

Beachview is located on the seafront at Eastbourne overlooking the Wish Tower and only a short walk into the town centre. There is a wide variety of shops, bars , hotels and restaurants close by and the two main theatres are at the end of the road making this location one where you do not need the car. The Pier and Bandstand are a 5 minute walk and Beachy Head and the South Downs are within walking distance.If you wish to travel further afield then both Brighton and London are easily accessible by direct train services from the main Eastbourne railway station. Eastbourne on the South East coast of England is regarded as one of the sunniest spots in the UK and has been awarded a place in the top ten best resorts in the country.

By plane to Gatwick airport then take the direct train link to Eastbourne where we provide a complimentary pick up service.
By road head for Eastbourne seafront and proceed along the seafront heading west passing the pier and bandstand and the building is located next to the Eastbourne Centre Hotel and Conference venue.

Eastbourne is located on the South East coast of England and has an awarding winning shingle beach which has several lovely beach bars and cafes where you can relax and enjoy the views. Along along this coast line you can find many secluded beaches which are mostly shingle or less than an hour's drive you can reach Camber Sands near Rye which has a splendid sandy beach.
Eastbourne is most famous for the South Downs, Seven Sisters and Beachy Head walks all along the spectacular coastline

Eastbourne has three excellent golf courses in the area and there is also a nine hole with driving range which is open to everyone on a daily basis.
