There is a private garden with patio furniture and a barbecue. Bike hire is just 3 minutes walk away and it the best way to get around, they even provide bikes with very low cross bars for the less agile.

A car can be driven within a few feet of the property if needed for easier access. A wheelchair is available for your use upon request. It is an easy flat walk to the beach and seaside town with all its amenities and there are no hills making it suitable for a wheelchair user.

The property is 5 minutes walk to the beach, and the seaside town of Ronce les Bains with all its amenities being shops, bars, restaurants, cinema, hairdresser, beauty salon, market, pharmacy, post office, sailing school, tennis club, bike hire, cafes, newsagents, wine caves, gift shops, horse riding, quad bikes for children, fun fair (in the height of season).

Towels are provided, but not beach towels. Bed linen is provided.

The property is located in the seaside town of Ronce les Bains which is 20 minutes drive from Royan on the Cote Sauvage, which is on the west coast of France. It is a small seaside town packed with amenities and activities to ensure that the young and old have a wonderful holiday. The town of Ronce les Bains has shops, restaurants, bars, market, a sailing school, tennis club, horse riding and many more amenities. The beach at Ronce les Bains is five minutes walk from the property and has a safe and gently coast suitable for children. A gentle bike ride will take you to further superb sandy beaches some with supervised swimming for children and other beaches for those who prefer surfing. There is a forest which runs along the coast and this provides a splendid cycle track which will take you down the coast to find more superb beaches and eventually into La Palmyre.

Nearest airports are La Rochelle or Bordeaux.

Five minutes easy flat walk to the beach at Ronce les Bains. Many superb sandy beaches within easy bike ride, or a drive will take you to the beaches all down the coast from Ronce les Bains towards La Palmyre, Royan, St Palais sur Mer. Or if you prefer a 10 minute drive to the Isle d'Oleron which also has many superb long sandy beaches.

La Palmyre Golf Course is 20 minutes drive from the property.
