Apartment Noir is an extremely large & stylish apartment of 110 m2. The beautifully appointed contemporary interior offers well designed living space for up to 8 guests (or up to 16 guests when combined with our identical apartment situated directly below). There are 3 bedrooms which are airy with feature high ceilings & original shutters can be prepared as either doubles or twins, a large living/dining room, a well equipped modern kitchen, a bathroom, a shower room and a separate WC. All the rooms have high ceilings & large windows, making it beautifully light and airy. The bedrooms all over-look gardens. Contemporary furniture, soft furnishings, artwork & lighting will all add to the feeling of luxury throughout the property. There is free internet access, and SKY TV. Located just 7 minutes from the Rue d'Antibes & 9 minutes walk from the Palais de Festivals, it is ideal accommodation for the conferences. We have various other apartments in Cannes, so please contact me for information on what is available. The apartment is Ideally located for exploring the whole of the Cote d'Azur; Nice, Monaco, St Tropez, Port Grimaud, St Paul de Vence, Gourdon and the mountains are all within an hours drive. Cannes centre is very compact, and is a lovely place to wander around on foot. Local shops, restaurants, supermarket, banks, chemist, bakery etc are in the immediate vicinity. The nearby Marché Forville is the covered produce market in Cannes. Stalls sell a wonderful selection of vegetables, fruit, fish, oysters, patés and olives. Visit on a Saturday, and the surrounding bars and cafés get packed with locals enjoying drinks and lunch after the market closes. Beaches: Lovely private & public beaches are within a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Skiing: skiing is about about 1 ½ drive away in the resorts of Auron, Isola 2000 and Valberg. Additional information about rental rates: VERY IMPORTANT: Please note that the prices for the CONFERENCE and FESTIVAL periods and Christmas & NYE will be different - please contact me for prices (from 399 to 699 Euro per night). Conferences: Festival de la Plaisance Film Festival IPTECH LIONS MAPIC MIDEM MIPCOM MIPIM MIPTV TAX FREE Payment can be by (preferably) international bank transfer to our account in France, or by £GBP cheque. PAYMENT: A refundable breakages deposit of 400 Euro is required (upon final payment), which will returned to you at the end of the stay if there is no damage and keys are returned safely. (Minor breakages such as crockery and glasses will not be charged for).
