Description of Holiday Villa

The property is set in a calme quiet countryside location with other properties so it is not issolated but is not overlooked and is totaly private with views of the adjoining fields. The property is all on one level, it has an open plan living/dining room/kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equiped with a full size cooker, fridge with freeze compartment, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and a full range of cooking equipment and untensils. The living/dining area has 2 sofas, coffee table, t.v and satelite, dining table and french doors leading onto the terrace and garden. The terrace is covered to give shade from the hot sun and is fully furnished with table, chairs and B.B.Q and overlooks the swimming pool with sunloungers. The garden is a good size and has table tennis and childrens swings.There are 3 twin bedded rooms one with en-suite shower, toilet and wash basin and a family bathroom with bath, toilet and wash basin.

Golf Facilities

There are several golf courses in the area. The Villeneauve Golf and Country Club is a excellent 9 or 18 hole course set in beautiful surroundings. There is a golf shop on site and a restaurant. This course is aprox. 25km from the house.

Beaches / Coast

10km Swimming lake with beach. There are several in the area but the lake at Lougratte is particularly nice. The lake is very clean and safe and a life guard is in attendance during July and August. There is a childrens play area, table tennis, voley ball net, a small shop selling snacks - drinks - icecreams etc. and a pic nic area. There are peddaloes and canoes for hire.
