Bedroom Facilities: The large twin bedded room can be turned into a family room. All the sleeping quoted is on proper beds. To increase numbers a sofa bed can be installed in the lounge area and the dual bathrooms would allow for this increase without feeling cramped

Bathroom Facilities: Downstairs is a wet room, wc and wash basin. Upstairs is a bathroom that houses, a seperate shower cubicle, a bath , wc & twin was basins

Reception Rooms: The dining seats would be increased in line with any additional persons - always providing adequote for size of party

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully fitted and provides you with everything you need. Washing machine facilities are available via the main house

Entertainment Facilities: A tv & dvd are provided to view films from our library. There is no access to French TV. Internet access is available through the main house, and satellite TV is available to view those important things like Formula1 TheWorld cup etc.

Outdoor: A fully secured area within gates is provided to enable full enjoyment and to enable you to feel safe whilst your children play. The childrens area is away from the Gites but visible and the pool has all the necessary security required to ensure safety

Pool: The pool is secured and surrounded by Laurels giving it privacy. There are sunloungers & tables & chairs located around the area to enable relaxation

Based on the spiral staircase in the property consideration needs to be taken as to suitability for all members of your party

Mirabel offers bespoke Golfing packages which include the following -

1-Half board accomodation at Mirabel for 7 days
2- 5 Days Golf at Chateau Golf de Pallane*
3- Transfers to and from the course daily
4- All the wine & beer you can drink with your meal
5- Transfers to and from Pau airport (other transfers available -please request)

The package is available for minimum parties of 4 people and due to the high temperatures in the region offered until end of April and then from September onwards to ensure maximum enjoyment.
The golf course is excellent and you have the fantastic Pyrenees as your back drop - the temperature in the region ensures comfortable warm golfing year round.

Mirabel is located between Auch & Tarbes on the N21. Surrounded with local villages offering weekly markets and local festivals there is something for everyone. Mirande hosts the Country & Western Festival in July, Marciac is renowned for its Jazz festivals culminating in August and Vic-Fezensac provides a latin interlude for us all to enjoy.
3 leisure lakes are in easy reach of Mirabel located 3kms/9kms & 12kms away- all provdie swimming, pedaloes, boats & beach facilities along with restaurants & snack bars.
Golfing is popular and the nearest course under 10mins. Fishing, walking , horse riding, white water rafting are all available locally and the pyrenees provides the ultimate play ground for the adventurous.
The local villages all have good restaurants offering a variety of regional & international foods. Shops are located 5kms away and the nearest big supermarket 9kms. Daily local markets will enable you to purchase local produce and experience the delights of french living

Linnen is provided for the duration of your holiday and changed weekly

Mirabel is on the Route National 21 between the towns of Auch & Tarbes.

Ferry crossings provide you with freedomto make your way down and depending on chosen arrival port the journey takes between 8/12 hours. Often people drive half way and overnight to complete the journey on day 2. Alternatively share the driving and do it in one. Portsmouth Stmalo provides an overnight crossing - arriving refreshed for the drive.
Flying - nearest airport is Pau - Ryan Air fly daily and car hire is reasonable when booked through the website when booking the flights. Toulouse, Bordeaux, Carcassonne are all around 2 hrs drive away from Mirabel and serviced by low cost airlines.

Mirabel is located in the centre of the gers therefore you have access to either the Med with a drive of 2hrs or over to the Atlantic and the resorts of Biarritz, St Jean -de -Luz, both a surfers paradise with excellent beaches and good waves. Biarritz approx 90mins drive.

Mirabel is located under 10 minutes away from the Chateau Golf de Pallanne course, 18hole, Par 72 course owned by the Belgium royal family. Within an hours drive lie a further 4 courses all which will provide the avid golfer hours of enjoyment, all 18 holes and all with picturesque views and uncrowded greens

The pyrenees is approx an hours drive from Mirabel and provide the backdrop at the Gites. La Mongie & La Bareges are the nearest and provide ample skiimg for all levels, with focus on off piste climaxed via the Pic du Midi.
St Lary is the nearest family friendly resort and lies approx 90 minutes away.
The proximity of Mirabel enables the non skiers to also have an enjoyable holiday off the mountains whilst the skiers can ski to there hearts content in Frances best kept secret the Midi pyrenees.j
