The Area: On the edge of the river Seine, opposite the 16th arrondissement, this apartment is ideally situated within easy access of the embankment. Not only is the apartment right next to the very Parisian and lively 15th arrondissement’s restaurants and shops but also only a few minutes from some very famous landmarks. You can be at the Eiffel Tower, the Trocadero or the Arc de Triomphe in a matter of minutes. And for those who prefer a bit of greenery, there are some beautiful walks to be had in the Parc André Citroën. The Building: This 30-storey apartment building, built at the end of the 1970s, was the last high-rise building authorised in Paris. As such it has an exceptional view overlooking the Seine and is of a very high quality. There is a 24-hour concierge service and the communal areas, all marble or high quality carpet, are cleaned and maintained daily by a team which looks after the running of the building. Booking Procedure

All reservation requests must be made by e-mails. A rental contract will be sent to you and becomes effective, after signature by the two parties, once we have confirmed receipt of the on-account deposit (25%) by Swift transfer. We will send you confirmation of your rental accommodation by email once we have received your on-account deposit. The balance of the rent due should be paid by bank transfer at the latest 4 weeks before your arrival date. For stays of longer than one month, you should pay the amount due for the second month (75% of the rent) on arrival. The rent for every subsequent month should be paid 1 month in advance. A guarantee cheque will be required on check-in. If the check-out report shows no particular problems, this guarantee will be returned to you on check-out. If there has been some damage it will be returned to you within 1 month once money has been deducted for repairs, for replacement of broken items or for further cleaning.
