Two story one bedroom gite. Situated on the edge of the beautiful picturesque Normandy national park in a quiet village location. The accomadation comprises of a kitchen with double oven, microwave,washing machine, fridgefreezer, and table to seat 4 persons. Large living area with sofa bed (converts to bunk beds top bink suitable child only) and satellite tv, patio doors leading to small terrace area, perfect for alfresco dining, barbeque provided. Ironing board and iron are provided. Stairs up to master bedroom suite with large bed and storage. Large ensuite bathroom with jet power shower and large bath. Bed linen and towels are provided.parking on private drive at front of property. Attractions located nearby include the famous spa town of Bagnoles de l'orne. Also located near to swimming lakes and beaches approx 15 min drive. The famous town of Le Mans is only an hours drive away. The famous roman ruins of Jublaines are only 20 mins drive. World famous Mont St. Michel and the D-day beaches are about 1.5 hours away by car. Bakery and small grocery store 5 min drive with a larger supermarket approx 15 min drive . Ferry ports nearby are Caen, approx 1.5hrs drive, Cherbourg/Le havre 2.5 hrs, St. Malo 1.5 hrs, Calais/Boulougne 4hrs. Nearest airports are Rennes and Dinard, with regular flights from Manchester, Birmingham and Southampton. This property can accomadate 2-4 persons and is available for short term or long term lets.
