Utilities: There is a vacuum cleaner, washing line, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The villa also has good facilities for small babies with travel cot and blankets etc provided. In addition towels are also provided for inside and Pool side.

There is outdoor furniture on the patio ideal for dining or relaxing in the shade there is also sun beds around the pool.

Bathroom Facilities: 2 modern fully tiled bathrooms, one on the first floor with bath, wc, handbasin and shower and one on the ground floor with shower, wc and hadbasin, both with large wall to wall mirrored areas.

Reception Rooms: Living Rooms: 2 sofas, coffee table, TV with multi channels, Playstation 2, DVD player, CD player and a fire place.
Large glass doors open to patio and pool area.
Dining table and chairs are situated in the kitchen or if you prefer you can dine al fresco on the patio area where there is lovely garden furniture

Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen is complete with washing machine, microwave, stainless steel hob and cooker with extractor hood, all kitchen utensils (plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, etc) fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and toastie maker. There is also a first aid kit supplied along with a fire safety blanket.

Outdoor: Although there is a Car Port, car hire is not essential. All amenities are close by.
The garden has mature shrubs and decorative pots scattered around the lawn area.

Pool: There is a large private pool to the rear of the villa with steps leading to its split levels. It has a fully maintained pumping system with underwater light to light up the pool for an evening swim or entertainment. The gardens, outside dining and sunbathing areas with gorgeous mountain views surround the pool, making it a stunning place to be.

Welcome Pack:
On arrival at the villa you will be greeted with a welcome pack containing the following items; water, milk, wine, beers, bread, butter, tea, coffee and sugar. There is also an additional shopping service available. Our service manager is able to shop for you prior to your arrival and will meet any specific needs you may have ( within reason! ), such as nappies, food, drink etc.

Beyond Lardos:
The neighbouring towns of Lindos and Pefkos are both within 5km should you wish to venture beyond Lardos. Both offer a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. Lindos is renowned for being a main tourist attraction with its cobbled streets and roof top terrace restaurants, which offer a fantastic view of the famous Acropolis. Lindos also has the beautiful St Pauls bay and its little church where many wedding ceremonies are still regularly held. On route to Lindos you will also pass the well known ‘Guns of Naveroune’ cliffs.

If you are getting married in the area (like I did last year) whether it is St Paul's Bay, up the Acropolis or in one of the local hotels, the villa is a great choice for guests (family or friends) to stay or even the bride and groom to get away from it all and enjoy each others company. Let me know if you need any help with anything as I became quite a professional in the end, organising my wedding in Lindos.

You will find 4 private terraces or balconies at the villa along with a private pool, fully tiled sun bathing area and a garden. Rose bushes, shrubs and palm trees surround the outside of the villa with decorative pots and a rockery. There are plenty of places to relax, sunbath or dine, you are spoiled for choice. BBQ some of the fresh fish or meat that is on offer from the village, you can relax and enjoy with use of a BBQ, soft seating and even a swing.

The villa is thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival for your weeks stay. If you are staying for more than 7 days our service manager will carry out a basic mid-holiday clean which includes fresh bed linen, towels, pool towels, floors and surfaces.
Additional cleaning services are available upon request for a further charge.
The pool cleaning service is provided every other day (excluding weekends), this is usually carried out early mornings so as not to interrupt your enjoyment of the pool.

Lindos is 5km away and Pefkos approximately 3km. Lardos village is a 2 minute walk with all you could need for a lovely Greek holiday.
The Island of Rhodes offers great days out with all its many attractions only a short distance away. Choose from visiting the main town of the island with its vast shopping facilities or Rhodes Old town and its stunning harbour. Also you may wish to visit the Water-parks or the 18 hole golf course situated only half hour away

Transfers: Rhodes town airport is approximately a 40 minute drive away from the Villa. Car hire can be arranged at the airport from the many stalls there offering reasonable hire rates, however please note that these are not open 24 hours. There is however a taxi rank directly outside the airport should you not wish to drive yourself, where taxi’s are plentiful 24 hours.
Buses are great (just like the uk only friendlier)you can get a bus from Lardos square all the way to Rhodes town, this will take you through Pefkos, St Paul’s, Lindos and many more villages on the way so if you don’t want to hire a car there really is no need.

Coast/Beach:A lovely walk to Lardos’s sandy beach will take you approximately 20-25 minutes (2km) or 2 minutes by car. You may also wish to visit the golden sandy beaches of Lindos and Pefkos. Both are easily accessible via the reliable bus / taxi services from Lardos or only 5 minutes by car. The Island also offers many other stunningly attractive private beaches to visit.

A great 18 hole golf course situated approximately half an hour away in Afandou is a real treat.
