The Emerald Deluxe Villas are situated on the top of a private hill, with private swimming pools and breathtaking views to the Ionian Sea. The two exquisite stone villas have the magical power to stun with the magnificent views and its lavish amenities. The two Emerald Deluxe Villas are located close to the Askos Stone Park in the area of Agios Nikolas, Skinari. The serene beauty and natural unspoilt surroundings of this area make it one of the most beautiful places on the island. Secluded and independent, each villa has its own private grounds, private swimming pool and incorporates beautiful decor with all the modern facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Indoor Space (180sqm) Bedrooms: Each villa has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and super views from all the windows. Booking Procedure
Check In, Check Out and Changeover Days: Flexible. Rental Price includes a basic welcome pack and daily maid service. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. All credit cards, bank transfer, on line payment accepted. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking and get refunded if it is at least one month before your arrival; if it is after that period of time then you loose your deposit. If you have arrived at your villa and wish to cancel the rest of your stay then you pay for the nights you have been accommodated and 50% of the rest of the period that you have booked.

The villas are close to the port of Agios Nikolas where you can take a boat trip to visit the famous attractions of the Shipwreck and Blue Caves or take the ferry boat that departs on a daily crossing to the neighbouring island of Kefalonia. There are many sandy beaches close to the villas including the famous Makris Gialos beach and the natural health spa of Xigia. Also this northeast area of the island is famous for its many traditional tavernas with their friendly atmosphere, using home made recipes to cook the delicious local cuisine. |

Flights to Zakynthos are availble from many european airports but some you will need to travel first to the mainland of Greece first before travelling onwards to the Greek Island of Zakynthos. |
| Beaches |
The nearest beach is 5 mins away,1km, at Agios Nikolaos Beach. The beach of Agios Nikolaos owns its name to the little chapel that stands on the far left end. This beach is smaller than Banana Beach but at least as beautiful, and has a restaurant and a bar. |
