Why stay on noisy Alii Drive (where all the other condos are located) and have to walk an hour past traffic to get to town? You can lounge on your private lanai while you watch the whales and dolphins play. Later, as the sun sets on paradise, listen (for free) to a romantic Polynesian serenade from your balcony. Aloha David, Well, we have been back in the mainland now for a week and a half. I just have to tell you how much we absolutely loved your condo and its location. You were right. After having been to all the islands, we have fallen in love with Kona and the Big Island. I cannot believe that all I had to do was to google tideldave and I found your wonderful website with dozens of pictures and a GREAT discount!! If you should hear of anyone selling at your place, let me know. I talked to the woman in your office there and it sounds like your places are right in my price range. We swam in the lagoon next door every morning. What a fabulous location. I can see why you fell in love with the place when you found it. We also took your suggestion and went for a wonderful dinner at Jamieson's. Thank you again for sharing your condo with us. Aloha, Debby Vanderboom

Dear David and Frances: After staying at several resorts that claimed to be ocean-view in Kona we were both surprised and delighted that your unit was everything you advertised. Some of the other condos we rented before were dirty, smelly and not at all what we were promised. Your condo was truly a blessing when we had just about given up on finding a premium place to stay in Kona on a budget. To be this close to the ocean and so close to town also is really the best of both worlds. We REALLY liked the fact that we did not have to walk down noisy Alii drive in order to get to Kona! None of the other condos here could offer us that. What a perfect and peaceful little slice of Paradise that you guys have discovered. It is one in a million!
