Casa Ines is delightful 3 bedroom holiday home, dating from circa 1550 AD. It is situated in the medieval village of Breglia, 6kms above Menaggio which lies on the western shores of Lake Como. Sleeps 7 adults with facility for additional 2 adult beds or babies cots. Menaggio is an important town, being in a central position and also not far from Lugano. Menaggio has an interesting historical centre that shows the town first accepted visitors during the 1800's, which then developed further with the building of smart hotels and luxury villas. Booking Procedure
We operate a provisional booking service and reserve dates for you while you arrange flights. Dates are held for 24hrs. Prices are for the accomodation only and are in GBP. 30% deposit payable within 24hrs of booking with the remainding 70% paid in full 8 weeks before arrival. If booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival then 100% payment is required within 24hrs of booking. In an effort to keep costs lower we are happy to take payments by direct bank transfer into our UK based holding account. We are able to accept payments through Pay-Pal adriano.s101yahoo but these are subject to a surcharge of 3.5% and we are obliged to pass this on and it will be added to your accomodation price if you request this option. In addition, and payable in cash, on arrival, for fresh towels, except beach towels, bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning, 12 Euros per person for each weeks stay and 150 Euro security deposit for the apartment which will be refunded on departure.
