In the summer we have air conditioning in each room and central heating for the winter

There is an airport in Montichiari called "Gabriele D'Annunzio" Brescia-Montichiari connected
to London Stansted by Ryanair with two daily flights and also connected to Rome Fiumicino

The Lake is at 12 km: very clean water and nice beaches!

There are many 18 hole golf clubs around our home: Arzaga Golf Club and Gardagolf are within 15 km and we will be happy to advise about rental fees. We are member of a local Golf club and will be happy to give you all information.

The closest ski resort is at 1 hour and a half.
