The Villa is comfortable and ideal for a easy holiday. The house is made of two close buildings: the central one is composed by 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen; the other is a dependance made of a room and bathroom. Between them there is a 6mt large veranda, ideal place to stay during all the day. In fact it is a fresh place under the shade of two ornamental trees. It is a old house, but good maintenance and with a complete forniture and functional accessories. The central house has a air conditioner placed on the corridor of the 4 rooms. For a greater security the apartment is equipped with a small safe. Parking space for two cars. Comfortable garden furniture and shower are included. Tv color. [Hide Description]
