It's a very nice and fully furnished holiday apartment in Rome, on the first floor, 90 m2 with a balcony on the inside court, and able to accommodate up to 5-6 persons. It has been recently renovated. Recently renovated, it's made of two large, airy and light bedrooms, a living-room, a kitchen and two bathrooms. Bedroom1 'Edolina' has one double bed and a single bed and direct access to one of the two bathrooms. Bedroom 2 'Pallina' is a double room which has two single beds. There is a TV and a DVD available in the living-room. The balcony is accessible from the kitchen. FREE accommodation for children under 4 years old. Booking Procedure
YOUR RESERVATION. All local taxes are included. Prices do not include gas and electricity consumed, nor final cleaning. To secure your booking, first send an enquiry with your Arrival & Departure dates and we will reply as soon as possible. A deposit is required which is non-refundable. It is compulsory to let us know your expected time of arrival. In the event of a change to your time of arrival, let us know immediately by telephoning or sending a text message to the number on the Booking Confirmation. If due to unforeseen circumstances, the apartment should become unavailable, we will find suitable alternative accommodation or we will refund the full amount received.
