Holiday house il Trebbio is the perfect haven for those looking forward to rejuvenating mind and body - an ideal place for relaxing country walks, jogging, trekking or mountain-biking excursions, and at the same time within easy reach of the art cities of Tuscany - Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Siena.

Il Trebbio buiding appears to date back around 1850/1860. It is an old typical tuscan farmhouse completely restored just for years ago.
You ‘ll find a large living room provided of a spectacular rustic fireplace as well as satellite TV, CD player, english library and a brand new high speed coin Internet point (on request we can also activate a weekly flat wifi access).
Next to the living room the fully equipped kitchen.
You will also find three bedrooms with double beds, and one bedroom with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower and bath are available.

Holiday House Il Trebbio is located close to the medieval city of Barga. It lays on a beautiful sunny south facing property overlooking Barga and the whole Serchio valley with the spectacular Alpi Apuane chain surroundings it.
Only 4 kilometers (by car) from Barga, easy reachable by foot too thanks to a just renewed ancient mule track. Close to the most important Tuscan cities: Lucca, Florence, Pisa and Siena.

Directions to Holiday Guesthouse / B & B

By Car: The main Autostrada from France and Switzerland passes along the Riviera coast. Leaving it at junction Via Reggio-Camaiore, head for Lucca on the SS12. From Pisa airport turn right out of the airport onto the Fi-Pi-Li (signposted Firenze). About 4km from the airport turn right onto the SS12 which skirts to the north of Pisa, to Lucca, then northwards, following signs to the Garfagnana, to Barga. It is easy to get to Barga from Lucca following the SS12 northwards. There are a number of roads which bring you into Barga but we think the easiest is through Fornaci di Barga. As you enter Fornaci from the south, Barga is signposted on the right. That road winds up past the church at Loppia then winds on for another couple of km till you will see the Duomo of Barga on the hill to the right. You will then arrive at the main car park (Piazzale del Fosso) and gate (Porta Reale). From there Il Trebbio is easily reachable in less than five minutes. Usually we reach our guest at Il Fosso to
