Large kitchen with fridge freezer. oven, hob and dishwasher Living/Dining room with open fireplace, two large sofa beds and 32" TV with freesat Wrap around balcony off living room. Wheelchair access to 2 double bedrooms downstairs (1 double and 1 twin). Both have large wardrobes. Family bathroom downstairs with bath, bidet, in bath shower, washbasin and also a washing machine (washer/dryer). Upstairs hallway with desk 2 double bedrooms upstairs, both ensuite. Booking Procedure
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking with the balance payable not less than 8 weeks before the holiday starts. A refundable 'breakage' deposit of £200 is also payable with the balance.Gas and electricity are included except for bookings between November and March when a 10% surcharge is payable.
