Outdoor: Private and panoramic garden of 180 msq 20 meters far away from the house and dipped in the campaign of olive trees. Supplied of garden chairs, beach chairs, table, barbecue,covered parking and aromatic plants.

The area is famous for the ROCK CLIMBING resort in Ferentillo (8 kms). The Marmore's waterfalls ( the highest in Europe, 15 kms far) you can find some exciting activities such as rafting, canyoning, guided tours, walking tours etc.
The most important historical and artistic place of the Umbria region are close by and you can reach them driving for 1 h. or less.
The house is located in a green and remote place rich in woodlands, forests, fields, olive groves. There, you can walk everywhere in peace and if you like the mountain bike you have found the perfect place!

Verde Umbria is located on a hillside between two important and strategic places of Umbria: the Valnerina area, with its castles, medieval treasure and an intact nature on one side ( 8 kms) and the famous Spoleto city with its historical and artistic treasures on the other side (15 kms).
