Nestled in the Anglona hills, Jannelias offers 2 separate comfortable houses. One is a two-bedroom accommodation, one is a three-bedroom accommodation, both fully furnished, clean and appointed to a high standard throughout. SA PINNETTA: One double bedroom, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge-freezer and bathroom with fitted shower cubicle. A sofa-bed in the living area allows the property to comfortably sleep 2 adults. The house has Air Conditioning and a Barbecue. SU COILE: This spacious villa offers one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and toilet facilities, a further double bedroom with patio doors to the terrace, and a house bathroom with shower and toilet facilities and a washing machine. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge-freezer and gas-controlled hobs. Living area with dining table and sofa-bed to comfortably accommodate 4 people. Booking Procedure
Prices in Euro for a weekly stay. (FROM SATURDAY 16:00 PM -- TO SATURDAY 10.00 AM). Rates include: Water, Electricity, Gas, Sheets and Towels, and final cleaning of the house. Additional costs: 10 EUR for weekly laundry change. Air Conditioning: a supplement is in demand in base to the consumption. 70 EUR weekly for a cot. Racket of tennis : 10 euro the week Method of Payment Account: the booking will be approved only after the payment of the 30% of the total to pour on the banking. The outstanding balance is to be paid upon arrival at the property.A refundable security deposit of 150-300 EUR is required upon taking possession of the keys.

Located a few minutes drive from the coast, the family-run farm Jannelias is situated in the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of the Anglona countryside. You will be welcomed in a friendly and relaxed manner, and the owners are happy to provide tips on where to eat, what to visit and the location of the best beaches. The villas have much to offer: take a dip in the superb swimming pool, relax on the terrace and enjoy stunning views over the Gulf of Asinara, take long walks in the countryside, or make use of the onsite tennis court. |
