The apartment is located in a duplex on one level and newly built kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, fully furnished, kitchen with accessories, all bed linen included,a TV, washing machine. The south west coast of Sardinia is relatively unspoilt, so this 1 bedroom duplex apartment is an ideal getaway for couples or friends, as it offers visitors a unique spectacle for the beauty of its landscapes with white beaches, crystal clear waters, and its mild climate is ideal for tourism in both winter and summer. You will find many ancient traditions, monuments, archeological sites, mining etc. The house is located in a small village of 800 people, which guarantees peace and relaxation throughout the year, without leaving the comforts that modern life offers us. Just one step away from home you can find the post office, pharmacy, food shops, green open spaces and in a few minutes drive you will reach the beautiful beaches.
