Bedroom Facilities: There are four large double bedrooms all with adjoining en-suite bathrooms, with the capacity to sleep up to four doubles and an extra two singles. Additionally we have a babies cot with sides. All bedrooms are equipped with : 32" LCD TV (satellite); air conditioning and ceiling fans
Three of the bedrooms open onto a large spacious veranda surrounding the swimming pool through large double glass sliding doors. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs via a spiral staircase.

Bathroom Facilities: All the bathrooms have been rebuilt and designed recently, they have onyx sinks and are very spacious James Bond style bathrooms

Reception Rooms: The living room is very comfortable consisting of : two three-seat settee’s; one arm chair; Satelitte TV with more than 300 channels and a 47" Cinema plasma Screen ; DVD; CD; dining table + six chairs; games; one door leading to the linen cupboard; and two doors leading to two small garden patios. The living room opens onto a covered veranda that surrounds the pool through tinted patio/glass sliding doors.

The linen cupboard is fully stocked with bed linen; towels and beach towels.

The living room, kitchen and three of the bedrooms all open out onto the covered veranda that sweeps in a horseshoe shape around the pool.

Entertainment Facilities: The villa has been recently equiped with 32" and 47" flat screen plasma TV's

Outdoor: The villa is detached and the main entrance is through double iron gates that are beautifully ornate and electrically controlled. There is a large front car park with enough room for about ten cars.

Pool: The pool has been relined with diamond brite and fitted with a new autopilot purifying system - so no more choline folks!! The pool is now environmentally friendly!!

All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. We also provide a small car and driver for local use only at no extra charge other than fuel so that guests can stock up on supplies.

Within a short distance of the villa, you can find an assortment of recreational activities including golf, tennis, horse back riding, polo, scuba diving and various water sports. There are a number of restaurants available locally and in Ocho where you can enjoy local cuisine or Indian, European, Chinese food.
One of the most stunning sights in Jamaica is Dunn’s River Falls, a crystal water stairway leading to nearby botanical gardens. Two of the most popular tours available are to working plantations at Brimmer Hall and Prospect where sugar, bananas and spices are still grown and harvested, using many of the traditional skills handed down through generations. Another tour is the Jamaica Night on the White River, a canoe ride up the torchlight river to the sound of drums. Dolphin Cove is definitely not your ordinary beach retreat. The attraction does have plenty of sand and water, but the real draw for visitors is the opportunity to swim with the dolphins.

Our caretaker is responsible for pool maintenance, security and villa and garden maintenance.
Paulette is our cleaner and she is available 8.30 to 4.30 Monday to Friday
Monica our cook is available anytime to cook delicious cuisine, guests provide the produce and staff here can help with supplies. We also have a driver available upon request with access to a car or mini bus.

Sevilla Villa is located at Runaway Bay on the North Coast Jamaica, only 20 minutes from the popular resort of Ocho Rios. Ocho Rios is situated approximately 108km (67 miles) east of Montego Bay

Only ten minutes walk from the villa is Runaway Bay and your own private residents sandy beach where you can stretch out and enjoy a cool drink in the sun by the sea, or rest under the shade of the almond trees. This is a white sandy beach next to the inviting turquoise blue color of the sea.

The back gate of Sevilla Villa opens out onto the 17th fairway of Runaway Golf Course. This course has hosted many championship events, including the Jamaica Open and the World Cup of Golf Qualifier. Legendary for its breathtaking views of the Caribbean and notoriously fast greens, many have tried, but few have truly conquered this course. Built in 1960 by British Naval Commander J. Harris, Par 72; 6,870 yards, slope rating of 124.
