We have had an ultra state of the art filtration system fitted to the main water supply to the house giving clean and safe drinking water
Bedroom Facilities: Sleeps 7-Upstairs:
Master bedroom - air conditioned - with king sized bed and en suite bathroom.
2 twin bedded rooms, with ceiling fans, and adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
Downstairs:Single bedroom with ceiling fan and adjacent shower room as above.
Bathroom Facilities: 2 Bathroom / Shower Rooms and 1 Ensuite Bathroom
Reception Rooms: Spacious open plan lounge and dining room, air conditioned, with satellite television and DVD player.
Kitchen: Well fitted designer kitchen equipped with gas hob, microwave oven, fridge and washing machine

Outdoor: There is a large garden area complete with sun deck at the back of the house ideal for sunbathing, relaxing and sunset watching.

A Visit to the tropical rainforest and see the worlds largest flower - rafflesia.
North Borneo narrow gauge railway.Poring Hot Springs with waterfalls, canopy walk, butterflies and hot spring baths.
Markets, and the Sabah Tea Plantation are all worth a visit. There is a good variety of restaurants in Sabah from Japanese, Malay, Chinese to Korean, but seafood is a must. Choose your fish, prawns or lobsters swimming around in tanks and the restaurant staff will advise you the best way to have them cooked. Local seafood restaurants nearby, 30 minutes drive to Kota Kinabalu city with night life, shoping malls, bars, a selection of different eating places along the sea front including Malay, Chinese, Italian,Indian, Japanese and of course Seafood.

All bed linen is supplied. Please bring your own towels.
A 'starter' provisions pack can be supplied if required e.g. milk, tea, coffee, fruit juice, beer, water, bread, cereals, butter/margarine. Please pay our manager for these items on arrival.

Sabah sits at the north eastern tip of Borneo, the world's third largest island. Its 1,440 km (900 miles) coast is washed by the South China Sea on the west and Sulu Sea and Celebes Sea on the East, and is ringed by a scattering of islands.
Temperatures rarely rise above 32°C (90°F) except on exceptionally hot days, and along the coastal areas rarely drops below 20°C (68°F) at night.
The villa is situated in a rural residential resort, away from the tourist area, nestling in tropical greenery and fronting the South China Sea. It is within fifty yards of a beautiful sandy beach and overlooks amazing views of offshore islands.
It is nine miles south of the airport and twelve miles from the capital city of Kota Kinabalu.

From the UK two airlines fly to Sabah.
Malaysian Airlines fly directly to Kuala Lumpar with an internal flight to Kota Kinabalu, They fly twice daily from Heathrow and 4 times per week from Manchester.
Royal Brunei fly to Kota Kinabalu via Brunei daily, with a refuelling stop in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi. British Nationals do not require a visa to travel to Malaysia. Please ensure that your passport does not expire within 6 months of travelling.

Golfing – there are a number of championship courses within an hours driving distance from the villa.

Several golf courses in Sabah which are different areas one in the mountain of Kinabalu which is a course to be experienced.

Scuba Diving is available Locally.
Recognized for its ever increasing underwater wild-life and one of the best Scuba-dive sites, is Sipadan Island, just off Sabah’s south eastern shores. Divers are reporting good sightings of Barracuda, ‘white-tip’ Sharks and many Leatherback Turtles with excellent underwater photography conditions.
