The Waiwera Beach House is located in the thermal suburb of Waiwera. The house has three stories, with the main living area on the middle level. This level has two bedrooms, two bathroom, the lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs are two more bedrooms each with a queen sized bed, and a small room with a single bed. There is also a small kitchenette upstairs. The Waiwera Beach house is located opposite Waiwera Beach, with views to the water. It is recommended that you bring your mobile phone. Bedroom Facilities: 3 bedrooms have 1 queen sized bed, another 1 queen & 1 single. There is a small room with 1 single bed. There is also a double sized sofabed. Bathroom Facilities: There are 3 bathrooms, each with a shower only (ie no bath). In the basement where the thermal spa pool is located, there is also a shower & toilet. Reception Rooms: There is one lounge . Kitchen: There is a large, fully equipped kitchen. The washing machine & driers (2) are located in the laundry in the basement level, not the kitchen. Entertainment Facilities: NZ Sky TV. Outdoor: There is a carport, and space for two cars on the driveway. In the front garden there is a picnic table. Pool: There is a thermal spa pool located in the basement. It draws water from the underground thermal water of the area. Each time you use the thermal spa, you need to fill and empty it. |

The Waiwera Beach is located over the road from the Waiwera Beach House. Nearby also is the Wenderholm Regional Park, great from bush walks and swims. Orewa beach is close drive, and is a very long sandy beach. |
