Ica is a town south of Lime where grapes are cropped centuries ago, when spaniers came to Peru. The result is our national licour named "pisco" as one of our cities name. Pisco Sour is a mix of pisco with our peruvian lemmon (more acid than yours), that has won many prizes due to it exquisite flavor. |
