There is No air conditioning as the buildings are well-insulated. Very adaptable property with helpful resident hosts.

Bedroom Facilities: All the Quinta is individual, and the total accommodation can sleep up to a maximum of 30 persons, depending on the number of rooms available at any time.

Bathroom Facilities: There is a total of 10 bathrooms serving the separate accommodation rooms.

Reception Rooms: We have beautiful breakfast and dining areas with superb views that will amaze you. We are able to cater for between 25 and 50 persons for larger gatherings or Weddings etc.

Entertainment Facilities: Much of the superb entertainment is surrounding the Quinta - the natural environment is home and habitat to many species of birds and you should seize the moment to photograh them when the opportununity arises.

Pool: We have the largest private pool you're ever likely to find, a mile wide and about 25 long, and from May to October the average temperature is 28º .
There are adequate areas for sunbathing.

The quinta B & B accommodation is Not greatly suitable for wheelchairs, but we have one room that is equipped for disabled use named Javali. All the buildings are on one floor, but it's much better for disabled travellers to have a helper with them and for their enjoyment of what we have to offer.

Daily cleaning with beach towels etc included. Linen changed twice weekly.The standard deposit is 25% with a minimum of the equivalent of 2 night's stay. Once accepted, this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable except in exceptional cases and cancellations within two weeks prior to arrival incur the full cost of the nights reserved

The location of the holiday accommodation complex is south-facing, overlooking one of Europe's largest and cleanest mosquito-free lakes. It is in the middle of the countryside, miles from anywhere yet only 1 1/2 hours from Faro International Airport.

'Javali' has doors that are 73 cms wide. It has a WC with a pro-fold down grab rail. The bath has a grab rail too. The shower isn't wheel-in. The sink is 82cm high. It has a bidet too.
The accommodation and gardens are all on one level but assisstance from a helper would improve their ability to enjoy all that we have to offer.
