This will be refunded subject to the apartment being left in a satisfactory condition. 25% Non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Cancellation Charges. More than 8 weeks prior to arrival - no charge. 4-8 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of total rental rate. 2-4 weeks prior to arrival - 75% of total rental rate. Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival - 100% of total rental rate

Several other beaches are within 15 minutes drive (Burgau, Lagos).

Palmares and Boavista are local (10 minutes) with at least 5 more within 30 minutes drive e.g. Alto Club - Alvor, Parque da Floresta, Morgado & Alamos, Gromacho, Pinta..
