The building is situated on the Vale de Parra crossroads (between Guia and Gale) and comprises 4 two-bedroom apartments with parking area and pool. The apartment in question has a bedroom with double bed and another with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes; the north-facing bedroom has air conditioning. There is one full bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with 2-door fridge/freezer, gas hob and oven, toaster, hand blender, iron and ironing board. The living room has dining table and seating for 4 persons, and three piece suite. A sliding window gives access to the balcony. Cot available. The outside communal recreational area comprises salt filtered swimming pool, shower, lavatories and poolside furniture.
