Reception Rooms: The first floor living room, has comfy terracotta sofas, wood burning fireplace, tiled floors and beautiful Indian rugs. There is a small bar, for refreshments, and a large sliding glass patio door leading out on to balcony seating areas overlooking the pool - very peaceful and relaxing!

Kitchen: Ground Floor Kitchen
The entrance hall and archway leads into our well-equipped kitchen, complete with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen it leads out onto the patio overlooking the pool and garden, making it convenient for outdoor dining.

Entertainment Facilities: First Floor Dining Room is decorated in country cream with tiled floors There is a large table with seating for 6 to 8 people Again, a large sliding glass patio door leads out on to balcony seating areas overlooking the pool. There are also views of the surrounding countryside.

Outdoor: Mature landscaped gardens with poolside sun-loungers and seating areas. Lawn areas are surrounded by Carob, Pine and Olive trees which provides a secluded, private area to relax in and enjoy. Features include a built-in BBQ, outdoor Shower and WC.

The villa is situated in the countryside of Armação de Pêra within a five-minute drive of the local town and its' sandy beaches - ideally suited for the resorts of Albufeira, Armação de Pêra and Carvoeiro.

Praia da Rocha: Large impressive stretch of beach with good sand and many restaurants/shops close by.

Armação de Pêra: Attractive palm tree lined promenade overlooking the beach which is wide and good for swimming and water sports. Many shops and restaurants.

Senhora da Rocha: A small sandy beach located off the road between Porches and Armação de Pêra. A good place to take a boat trip with the local fisherman.

Benagil: A good small beach found beyond Marinha or by turning left off the Lagoa to Carvoeiro road. Parking is close to the beach and there are no steps. Several local restaurants by the beach and trips on small boats are available in the summer.
