Jardins do Golfe is nestled beside the 2nd hole of the Royal Course, a short distance from the main entrance of Vale do Lobo. The Jardins do Golfe complex is set in a hectare of beautiful, mature and well tended gardens. There are also sun loungers in the gardens, along with tennis courts and mini golf. The walk to the beach takes less than 15 minutes along a private road, then onto the Royal Golf Course pathway. It is an easy stroll, suitable for all ages. Newly opened is an onsite restaurant that has live entertainment (mature chilling tunes!) and in winter an open log fire. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition. Cancellation refunds: Up to 8 weeks - no loss except administration charge. 4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks - no refund.

Faro town is a 15 minute drive there is a large shopping centre that offers good facilties. Most tours offer a pickup/dropoff bus service from Vale do Lobo to the attractions. Options include horse riding, fishing, yachting/sailing, shark, dolphin watching, 4x4 safari tours and Cultural visits. There is also an Aqua Park and a swim with dolphin experience (30 mins drive). In the apartment is a well stocked folder with all the details of the attractions so you can read at leisure and book you choices.
The Algarve offers guaranteed sunshine, stunning countryside and coastline, excellent food and wine, UNESCO world heritage sites, lively historic villages, and as much activity as you want. This area is particularly popular with golfers who enjoy an all year-round play in a fabulous climate. Further more, they have 30 high-class golf courses to choose from.
Other activities include an array of watersports or take a boat trip along the picturesque coast. Inland you can hike in beautiful pine forests. Bring your own or hire bikes locally, whilst birdwatchers will enjoy an array of species.
For those who are after culture, The Algarve has a number of sites including Roman and Arab. Medieval churches abound in the historical villages which often have colourful markets. The Tavira area is relatively untouched and remains typically Portuguese. All this plus a countryside full of peaceful olive groves, long-standing vineyards and farms which have been worked for generations.

Vale do Lobo is world famous and the famous like to be seen there - you never know who you will be dining beside each night - enjoying the free live nightly entertainment in the Praca, Vale do Lobo.
In Vale do Lobo and Quinta Do Lago there are numerous facilities - restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclub, spa, pools, gymnasiums, golf, mini golf, tennis, supermarket, newsagent, shops, bank, car rental, wine shop, cash machines, numerous water sports, hairdresser and beauty salons. Everything is available so you never have to leave the resort!
The resorts are lush settings amongst tropical plants and numerous flat-top pine trees. The beaches of the Golden Triangle stretch for several kilometres so you can always find the perfect spot to enjoy the 300 days of sunshine that the Algarve has every year.

The Vale do Lobo beach is a easy 15 minute stroll through the resort. It is a safe, clean, 'blue flag' beach for families. The beach recently underwent a 2 million Euro upgrade which has widened and extended the beach, reclaiming several million tonnes of sand, making it much larger than it has been in recent years. There are sunloungers are for hire. The hire cost also includes a 'flag' system on the chair which when raised a waiter appears to take your drinks order.
