Utility Room: Children's beach toys, beach umbrella, ironing board, iron and cleaning products, washing machine, tumble dryer.
Outside Private heated pool with views over nature reserve, welcome basket, board games, books, outdoor table, chairs and sunloungers, gas bbq, secure off street parking.

Villa is suitable for up to 8 adults or 8 adults and 2 extra children (who would be accommodated in a baby cot or foldaway bed). High chair, baby cot, baby buggy and foldaway bed available at no extra cost, but must be requested before arrival.

Pool heating available and is an additional €200 per week.

Changeover days are flexible but during the summer months it is more likely to be on a weekday. It is necessary to vacant the villa by 10am on the day of departure in the high season. Access to the villa is after 3pm on day of arrival unless previous arrangements have been made.

*During the low season the villa can be rented as 1, 2, 3 or whole villa depending on your requirements.

Faro town is a 20 minute drive and there is a large shopping centre with good facilties.Options include horse riding, fishing, yachting/sailing, shark, dolphin watching, 4x4 safari tours and Cultural visits. There is also an Aqua Park and a swim with dolphin experience (30 mins drive). Take a boat trip along the picturesque coast or head inland to hike in pine forests. Bring your own or hire bikes locally. Birdwatchers will enjoy an array of species.

In the villa is a well stocked folder with all the details of the attractions so you can read at leisure and book you choices.

The detached villa is set on a large plot with views over the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, there are several outdoor shady terraces to enjoy the sunshine, mature planting, private large swimming pool, calcada entrance and security gates.

Ancao beach is an easy 10 minute stroll through the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve. It is a safe, clean, 'blue flag' beach for families. Restaurants and bars, shops and toilet facilities are available at the beach too. There are sunloungers are for hire.

Golfing weekends can be arranged. There are many courses within a short distance including: Laranjal, Vale do Lobo Royal, Vale do Lobo Ocean, Quinta da Lago Norte, Quinta do Lago Sul, Vila Sol, Vilamoura Old Course, Vilamoura Millennium, Vilamoura Pinhal, Vilamoura Laguna, Salgados, Benamor, Quinta Da Ria, Quinta de Cima.

Nearest Airport is Faro, 20 mins drive away.We recommend that you hire a car to make the most of the facilities in the area. We can arrange a personal meet and greet service from/to the airport in a registered private car and also supply baby/car chairs for the children. We can organise car hire for you.
