Villa ‘Areia Azul’ is a very spacious 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa suitable for up to 8 adults – it boasts a fabulous indoor/outdoor living space perfect for two families sharing or several friends enjoying a sunny holiday together. In the garden there is a swing set & climbing frame for the children and poolside there are lots of outdoor sofa’s, sunloungers, dining tables and chairs to totally forget about the ‘real world’ now’s the time to relax and soak up the Algarvean sunshine. There is a brand new party kitchen with large island unit – perfect for mixing up G&T's at cocktail o’clock, then move on out to the outdoor entertainment area with bbq, IPOD / MP3 dock, shady terraces, grassy garden and a massive heated pool that is 11 metres x 6 metres – you can do proper laps or have a fantastic pool volleyball game in or if that’s too energetic you can just cool off in the outdoor shower and flop out on a sunlounger and read your favourite book. The combined lounge / dining room has 5 terrace doors leading onto the outdoor area – there is a wonderful feeling of space and light, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and chill out while on holiday. The living area also has internet connection and laptop, plasma tv with SKY english programs and upstairs is another plasma tv with MEO satelite programs, & playstation2 games console to keep the kids amused. All four spacious bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms and the upstairs bedrooms each have a terrace with views over to the Nature Reserve - enjoy watching the sun dip away on the horizon. Booking Procedure
For low and mid season rentals securing deposit must be paid on time of booking this is 50% of the total booking cost. For high and peak season rentals the deposit required is 25%. All deposits are non refundable. All rentals - the balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of €300 is payable before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition. The quoted rates includes daily maid service with change of sheets & towels after 7 nights & complimentary welcome basket including wine & food on arrival. The rental includes preparation of the villa also cleaning on departure and heating and/or air conditioning. All bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided. Cancellation refunds: Up to 8 weeks - loss of deposit 4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded 2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded Less than 2 weeks - no refund Sorry but this property is not available for groups of young adults. The property is strictly non-smoking.

Nearest Airport is Faro, 20 mins drive away.We recommend that you hire a car to make the most of the facilities in the area. We can arrange a personal meet and greet service from/to the airport in a registered private car and also supply baby/car chairs for the children. We can organise car hire for you. |
