Pets are welcome as long as............they are 100% free of ...... and owners take responsability of paying an extra € 20,00 for the extra «deep fur cleaning» that the maids will have to provide.
WE can supply dog beds but pls. try not to bring more than one animal. Anyway, this can de discussed. We love pets!

Air conditioning are split units ONLY in the 4 bedrooms. The kitchen and lounge are large spaces with lots of ventilation do only have a ceiling fan and several portable fans. Maid service twice a week for towels change ( 2 times) and bed linen change - once a week.
Extra beds or matresses to be provided under request.

Kitchen: WE PROVIDE 100% PURE WATER FOR DRINKING, KITCHEN USE (COFFEE, TEA ETC...). THIS WATER ENTERS INTO A
DEPOSIT UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK AND PASSES THROUGH FIVE FILTERS ( REVERSED OSMOSES PROCESS) AND FINNALY THROUGH A ULTRAVIOLET WATER STERILIZER. LAB. TESTED: 100% BACTERY FREE.

Entertainment Facilities: Sports channel being subscribed .
Extra tv and dvd in one of the kids rooms (if requested)
Book supplied for kids and adults.

Outdoor: We call Garage space to the parking area which is private and to be closed by authomatised gates.

Pool: We don't charge extra for pool heating because our pool is being heated by solar pannels. Supplier assured from now on it will go up to 30 degrees centigrade..
In summer, July and August we doubt that this matters but anyway--- we have it.

WE have prepared this place taking in mind the children's security and elder people movements around.
Two families can very easily enjoy a holiday together and have privacy at the same time as the apartment is on the extreme side of the house with private shower and tv room.
Our playground is fenced both from the garden and the pool. WE supply toys, pool toys ..
Due to special filters in the kitchen, the water here is pure and drinkable. This avoids the water loads to be carried into the house.
We supply (included in the price) a basic food pack with some beverage and light food. A shopping list is accepted (extra € 25,00 on top of the bill) to avoid guests having to rush to supermarkets as soon as they arrive to the villa.

Activities are at the reach of 2/3 Kilometers (Q. Lago, V. Lobo, Karting in Almancil, riding at Quinta do Lago (2 Km from here); Bev. Horse riding at 6oo meters.
Walking is possible around our estate and the local area.

We are prepared to leave an old car ( a Fiat typo) that under very responsible arrangement can be used by clients over 30 years of age only for small drivings such as to the beach, the supermarket etc..

Great abundance of excellent restaurants, some of them at walking distance from the villa, such as Alambique, San Gabriel etc..
Tennis courts at 5 minutes walk, go karting at 2km.

We provide the normal white towels, beach and pool towels, brand new bed linen, robes.
Garden and pool are normally cleaned once a week but our guys will be available whenever necessary;
Maid service twice a week, to change the towels ( twice) to change the beds (once); She must give a general clean at the house in each visit. This does not include personnal services to the owners, who can enjoy her extra services at € 8,00 per hour and enjoy her skills on Portuguese cooking (her husband is a fisherman).

1,5 Kilometers from Quinta do Lago, 2 km. from Vale do Lobo, 3km from Almancil. Walking distance from several family restaurants in the area. Car is recomended to drive to the beaches close by ( 3/4 kilometers) Place is called Corgo da Zorra and the villa sits in a secluded 9 luxury villas urbanization, at a very quiet and safe cul de sac.

This area is at a 20 minutes distance from the Faro Airport;
Faro - 15 Kilometers; Olhao - 25 Km; Loule - 10 Km. A rental car is recomended or the use of taxis (plenty in the area).

Few minutes drive or easy cycle to stunning beaches and water sports facilities (Ria Formosa Lagoon);
Beaches close to us are: Garrão, Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago, Julia's and many others.
