The apartment contains 3 bedrooms,2 double rooms a bedroom with 2 single beds a large living room with dinning table tv,books,dvd,video,games,stereo,balcony with table chairs,a lovely views,the kitchen as everything you need,and bathroom as bath and shower,towels and bedding supplied,+ there is a small room on entrance,with table full of all loal attractions and anything you want to know all in leaflets.we have added new a 80 sq mt sun terrace access from the back bedroom, it as great scenic views, barbecue, dining table chairs, and sun loungers. we are on the side of lousa hills which has lots of walks,cycle tracks,rivers and has a great driving road through them. 3 mins walk away is fine cafe where maria makes nice meals and snacks,nice place to meet the locals,check website for more details. Let Types: Short-term
We base the price on 4 people sharing. All gas and electric is paid for and includes linen and towels, there are no hidden extras. Please send an Enquiry if you have any enquiries or special needs you may want. Portugal Manderlay sleeps up to six people and is available for rent on a weekly basis. Self Catering Price is £90 per person per week, discounts for children and full tenancy of six people. The apartment is avalable for short stays, please check first, also winter lets are available for cheaper and longer stays. We are very flexible about arrival and departure times.

Also there is a dining table to seat 6.there is a door of that leads to balcony with table/chairs. Kitchen: The kitchen,is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. The owners will provide you with a few essentials to eat on your arrivel,ie bread,butter,eggs,milk cheese, etc.t,towels provided Entertainment Facilities: Everything you need for a great holiday Outdoor: There is a balcony attached to the apartment,and with owners permission,you can use,if available,there is a barbeque in the garden. Suitability: smoking is allowed on the balcony only,thanks,very quiet relaxing place,for all ages,but would not recommend for lots of very young chilren.all ages have stayed,and each really enjoyed. Pool: Sorry there is no pool attached to the house and apartment,but later plans are to attach one.there is excellent pool parks and river beachs near by.the nearest swimming pool is 5 minutes drive, lousa as two outside pools.
