2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room with hardwood floors, internet connection available. We have a small terrace overlooking a typical Lisbon street. The apartment is located on the line of the Trolley Car No. 28 which will take you to the historic center and St. Jorge Castle. The area we are located in is a beautiful area known as the aristocratic part of Lisbon, with the beautiful Balisica of Estrela a 3 minute walk away. We are also a 15 minute walk to Chiado and have access to the train ( 5 min walk ) that will take yo to the beaches of Casais and Estoril. This is an apartment that sleeps 4; we have 2 bedrooms. As the owner lives here this apartment is available for either full, private use for you on your holidays without the owner and we also have the option for a B&B for up to two persons; with this option the owner will be in the apartment. Booking Procedure
Bookings are made either by Pay Pay or bank transfer. All reservations require a 30 % non-refundable downpayment and the balance due 10 days before arrival. Cancellations are charged the 30% reservation payment and the balance is refundable if the cancellation is made 48 hours in advance; otherwise there will be no refund.
