The apartment consists of a living with sofa, table and four chairs, TV and fireplace, bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a completely furnished kitchen with fridge, microwave,toaster and kettle plus a table and chairs. Booking Procedure
Minimum stay 2 days (perfect for long weekends). Arrival after 3pm & departure before 11.30am. Someone will be at the address to give you the keys. Payment by Pay Pal. The rental is confirmed as soon as we receive 30% of the payment on our bankaccount of by Paypal.Annulation/restitution is possible till 2 weeks before the rental date. At arrival we ask a caution of 100€, which is returned at the end of the period. April/May/June 35 Euros per day July/August/September 45 Euros per day. The cleaning of the apartment afterwards is included.

If you arrive by plane, you better take a taxi. Taxi should cost between 20 & 25 Euros max. |

Oeiras is situated very close to the beach, with Estoril and Cascais also close to spend time on the lovely sandy beaches, during your stay in beautiful Lisbon. |
